What’s the best thing about working within the Operations & IT function?

I enjoy working in a small team, but with a wide range of responsibilities. It gives me the opportunity to be involved and have a direct input into a plethora of systems.

Tell us about one of your favourite projects?

One of my first projects was to look into a system which would ensure all the company’s computer devices had the latest patches installed. It gave me the opportunity to go to market and investigate different products with different methods of delivering this, before deciding and delivering the appropriate product to the business. It is an ever growing and evolving market, and therefore whilst the original project is complete, we also periodically review to ensure our solution is still relevant.
