When you register your candidate profile with us, either to make an application for an existing vacancy, or so that you can be notified of future vacancies, you will be asked to complete an application form and upload a copy of your CV. which will be sent directly to our Human Resource Department.
The information you will be asked to provide when you register your information will include contact details, details of your qualifications, employment experience, salary and your CV.
If you have made an application for a vacancy, we will use the Personal Information that we collect from you to help us decide if you are a suitable applicant for the position for which you have applied.
We will also use your Personal Information to create anonymous recruitment statistics, from which you cannot be identified.
Retention of Personal Information
If we employ or otherwise engage you as a result of your application, your Personal Information collected by us will form part of your personnel file. This will be stored and used for purposes connected with your employment or engagement by us.
If you are unsuccessful with an application or decide not to accept a role that we offer to you, we will keep some of your Personal Information as long as necessary to allow us to monitor and improve our recruitment processes, to inform you of any other roles we believe might be of interest to you, and for our reference should you re-apply to us. Sharing your Personal Information
We will share your Personal Information with those people in HCUK who are involved in the recruitment process.
We ask for references as part of our recruitment process, but we will only do this with your express permission and knowledge and, especially in the case of current employer references, usually only once an offer has been accepted.
